Jerrod Walla joined Fobare Commercial in 2022 as a dedicated office, retail and flex real estate broker. Jerrod is primarily responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, acquisition/disposition services and client account management. In his commercial real estate career, Jerrod has facilitated in excess of 350,000 square feet of transactions in the submarkets of Richardson, Far North Dallas, Central Business District and Central Expressway.
Prior to joining Fobare, Jerrod received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor Univeristy University. After graduating, he opened and managed a restaurant in his home state of Montana for 2 years before moving to Dallas to pursue a career in Real Estate.
